I have a love for baking anything sweet! My love for baking began when I was little. I was always in the kitchen baking with my mom. It didn't matter what we were baking; cookies and bars, to cakes and breads, I was there. That love for baking as a little girl has grown into something I have a passion for and take pride in doing. I promise to put great time, effort and love into every dessert I make.

Although my love for baking started as a young girl, I knew when I graduated from college with a degree in dietetics, that my love for baking would be a huge part of my life. Yes, I know, it may seem contradictory that a nutritionist loves to bake, but we all need a sweet treat now and then! In college, I had a great interest in food science, which made me love baking even more.
​
I am ServSafe certified, administered by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. This means I am well versed in knowing about sanitation in the kitchen and how to keep food safe. You can be sure that ingredients are stored properly and I am careful to sanitize and keep food safe.
​
I operate under the Wisconsin Cottage Food Law-everything I bake is made in my home kitchen which is not subject to inspection or permits.
